Meet the Team

Here are the people behind DMDL Theatrical Services. Not only do they combine to provide over 40 years of technical theatre experience but they also hold a number of other useful qualifications including first aid, IEEE 17th Edition Electrical Engineer, HNDs & Degrees in Electronics.

Dave Dallard

One of the founder members of DMDL, Dave has worked on numerous shows and events, both as part of DMDL, and independently.

Matt Lee

The other founder member, Matt has also worked on many show and events. He is also our resident followspot operator.
He has now achived his HND in Technical Theatre Studies at a distinctive level, and has also worked on many professional shows such as Cats, Blood Brothers and Daniel Bedingfield. More recently, Matt has been on a european tour with Michael Jackson Thriller Live

Paul Reynolds

Paul helps DMDL with larger jobs, mainly working in the sound department. Paul provides some of the audio manipulation equipment, and is working to design some custom high quality sound and lighting equipment. Paul has a degree in electronic engineering.
